In honor of my first Mother's Day, I had to share another new mama's gorgeous session!
Meet the beautiful Harper Lynne and her adoring parents! This mama found me through the magic that is Google searching, but within five minutes of meeting, we had already figured out we had a mutual friend...and a deep, mutual love for all things Pinterest and Etsy! (And the fact that she named her baby girl my favorite girl's name since I read "To Kill a Mockingbird" in the seventh grade didn't hurt either!)
Harper's nursery has to be one of the cutest I've ever seen and had so many personal touches that I couldn't help but photograph all of them. I have a weakness for personal touches. GAH! Too many to count in this nursery, which was so lovingly created for this little girl!
First, take a look at this incredible crib. Oh, I'm sorry, were you thinking that came straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog?? Nope. Handmade by this little angel's grandfather. How awesome is that?? It was also clearly built to withstand any force of nature and may be the sturdiest crib I've ever seen. Nothing will disturb Harper in this work of art! Such an incredible gift!
Oh...and the mama/baby love going on here is pretty special too! :)
Who can resist kissing baby toes?? No one!
Oh, hey dad! :)
Dad's love to get in on the tootsie action too! Love that this adoring Dad just did this naturally! My favorite moments to capture! Heart...melting... Sweet sleepy girl! :)
Oh! Hey, Harper! :) Good morning!
I know...I know...gets me every time!
These family shots...again...why I love lifestyle sessions! So dreamy! I'd much rather capture this love for you than anything else!
Sleeping on mama!
This sweetie pie is already in love with her grandpa's creation!
Already has her dad wrapped around her finger! :)
Daddy love! (And who doesn't love Harper's little polka-dotted pants!??!)
Hmm...yes...I do like sleeping! :)
Loves her mom already! (And looks adorable in headbands!)
Sweet girl! :)
And now for gratuitous nursery shots. I mean, can you blame me? Look at all these cute touches!! I wanted to move in!
Pictures of Harper's parents as little ones!
That crib again...gorg!
Harper even has a chandelier! :)
"dream BIG little one" sign custom made for them by a friend! Hanging fabric garland made by grandma! So sweet! Clearly Harper's mom has a knack for putting it all together!
I know...if this doesn't make you want to go burn some money on Etsy or at least make a trip to Home Goods, I don't know what will! :)
Harper is going to spend her life growing up surrounded by so much love. It even adorns her walls and surrounds her when she's sleeping. Love everything about this little family and the beautiful world they've created for their little one.
Dream big, Harper Lynne!
Happy Mother's Day to all of my mamas out there! :) Enjoy!
